The first time, they were only 10 minutes late — practically punctual by their generous standards. I did all the packing myself, so their job was basically just heavy lifting. How demanding of me!

The second time, they really outdid themselves. Communication was slower than a snail on vacation, but hey — I guessed that's their “usual process.” I even changed the date and address, which they acknowledged with the urgency of someone watching paint dry.

Moving out day arrived. I messaged. They vanished. Radio silence. After 45 glorious minutes of waiting, I wisely chose Lalamove — who, shockingly, showed up on time and did the job at RM400.60 (incl. RM12 toll fee) rather than RM450.
